Mandatory Documents required:

• Duly signed and filed Canada visa application form. Clearly mention your purpose of your visit.
• Two recent color passport size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish ideally not older than three months.
• The photo background should be white and without any border.
• It is recommended to click a photograph with 60-80% face coverage.
• The VAC does not accept mutated/scanned/stapled copies of the photographs.
• The ideal size recommended is 35mm x 45mm.
• For working professionals, an NOC letter from the applicant on the company letter head duly signed by the authorized signatory with the company staff which mentions the requisite details such as their name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit.
• Confirmed Hotel and travel itinerary in Canada.
• Return tickets from Canada.
